This summer we welcome the American rock artist John Fogerty and his impressive musical treasure to one of the most beautiful concert venues in Sweden. This will be the first stop of two on his tour in Sweden!

John Fogerty is known from his time as frontman and singer in Creedence Clearwater Revival and is responsible for songs like "Proud Mary", "Fortunate Son", "Bad Moon Rising" and "Who'll Stop The Rain", to only name a few. In The Botanical Garden he will be performing some of the greatest hits from his time in Creedence Clearwater Revival.

Exercise – recreation – culture

Ride your bike to Linnaeus' Hammarby or wander in the cultural reserve there.Give Qi Gong, Yoga, Taiji or boules a try in the Botanical Garden.

Buy tickets for a theatre performance or concert. Enjoy art works, beautiful flower beds and silence. Study, read a book or enjoya tea or coffee break. In our gardens there is room for both rest and exercise!

Boules greens in the baroque garden: Singelklubben and Upsala Pétanque Club practice boule in the Botanical Garden Sundays May–September, and Mondays and Thursdays May–August, respecively. Contact them if you want to try your hand at pétanque.
