Knowledge is power! Linnaeus said that things lose their value without names. Knowledge of plants and nature is essential for understanding life on Earth and to create a sustainable world.

On this page you find, among other things, information from earlier exhibitions in the Linnaean gardens.


During 2018, pollination and pollinating insects was the focus of the Linnaean gardens. We built butterfly houses, bee hotels and bumblebee nests. Our gardeners still grow plants that are beneficial to pollinators and other small but important gardeners.
