Bulbi Rudbeckii
Illustrations of bulbous plants from Olof Rudbeck the Elder’s magnificent Book of Flowers. All plants selected were cultivated in the Linnaeus Garden by Rudbeck in the 17th century.

This year's harvest exhibition is a hotchpotch of hot chilies, sweet tomatoes and chunky aubergines. The potato family has much to offer! Get to know its whole span from horrible poisons and healing medicines to nourishing kitchen staples and spicy hot flavours. But why does the potato fatten up for winter? Welcome to an educational family union with the potato family!

Digital Culture Night from the Botanical Garden
The Botanical Garden provides an ambient setting for moving meditation, Japanese martial arts, classical music, and a traditional fire show. Watch ceremonial archery. Try your hand at origami, learn about kimonos and witness a Japanese tea ceremony in the orangery. Explore the Tropical Greenhouse and hear the frogs sing. If you are lucky, the giant water lily will show you its flower.

Linnaeus as a teacher – guided your in his botanic garden
Come along and join a guided tour in Carl Linnaeus' botanical garden, a living textbook of the medicine and botany of the 18th century. Guided tours in Swedish at 1:30 pm and 3:30 pm and in English at 11:30 am and 2:30 pm.
