Museum shops

Stock up on gifts in one of our museum shops. We sell books, notepads, beautiful cards, flower presses, games and teas, as well as unique souvenirs from Linnaeus’s Uppsala. 

Flowery gifts and Linnaeus' writings

In the museum shop of the Linnaeus Garden you will find gardening books, books about Carl Linnaeus, and copies of his published writings. We also sell many other Linnaeus and garden souvenirs: shirts, aprons, notebooks, flower pots and fridge magnets. We also sell toys and games for curious children, as well as soft toy versions of many of the animals that Linnaeus kept in the Garden during the 18th century.

The shop in the Linnaeus Garden is open from May to September, during the normal opening hours of the Garden.

The shop at Hammarby

In the museum shop at Linnaeus’ Hammarby you can buy souvenirs of your visit to Linnaeus’ summer residence. Here you will find postcards with motifs from the botanical prints in the bedroom, as well as bookmarks, teas, napkins, soaps and blankets.

The gift shop is open from May to the end of September during normal opening hours.

A Year-round gift shop

Do you need a present for your children or grandchildren? In thesmall Botanical Garden Shop, located in the Tropical Glasshouse, we sell books, games, magnifying glasses to stimulate children and adults to discover nature together. You can also buy delicious honey from the beehives in The Baroque Garden.

The shop in the Tropical Glasshouse is open Saturdays and Sundays during the normal opening hours of the Glasshouse, and on weekdays during the winter sports holiday (in February), Easter, and the Culture holiday.
