Adopt a plant

You can support the work of The Uppsala Linnaean Gardens by adopting an existing tree or a bush in the gardens. An adoption costs SEK 5 000.

Your contribution goes in full to the work at The Uppsala Linnaean Gardens.

Contact us by e-mail to botanical.garden@botan.uu.se, and we will tell you more about which trees and bushes are available for adoption.

We document the adoption in our plant database and your name will be written on the plant label of the tree or the bush. The label will be there for as long as the plant is alive. You as a donor will also receive an adoption letter as a sign of your connection to the specific plant.
